You’ve heard of a zombie apocalypse… but how about the “Zoombie” apocalypse?
Drawn for Halloween 2020 at the height of the COVID19 pandemic, this illustration satirizes the new era of video “Zoom” meetings. The 16 zombie participants represent the usual cast of Zoom characters. One is missing from the frame; another’s cat is stealing the show; another Zoombie’s camera shows only the top of their head.
The monthly calendar is a simplified, complementary version of the Ricardo Levins Morales Liberation Calendar, featuring historical dates and a mix of new and old artwork, printable for use in your office, school, or you-name-it. It’s a great teaching tool as well as a resource for social movements.
